We slice the whole ham or shoulder purchased from our shop and vacuum-pack it in approximately 100 g packs for easy storage and serving.

To request this service, add the following to your basket:

1. The whole ham or shoulder you wish to purchase.
2. One unit of this service for each piece you would like sliced and vacuum-packed.

This item covers the preparation service only. It does not include a ham or shoulder and cannot be purchased separately.
