All our products are guaranteed. However, if a product presents a defect or is in a bad condition, we will replace it with another of similar characteristics or, at the discretion of the client, issue a full refund.

If the product is opened, to request a refund the piece must retain at least 80% of its original weight.
The costs applicable to the return or exchange of products will not be borne by the client.
