Sales returns

All our products are guaranteed. However, if a product presents a defect or is in a bad condition, we will replace it with another of similar characteristics or, at the discretion of the client, issue a full refund.

To initiate the return process, the customer will contact our customer service department, on +34-924239188 or by email at info@embutidospepe.com and state his/her claim.

If the product is opened, to request a refund the piece must retain at least 80% of its original weight.

The costs applicable to the return or exchange of products will not be borne by the client.
