Made from the back legs of 100% black Iberian acorn-fed pigs, raised in our meadows and pastures; controlled and guaranteed by the prestigious D.O.P. “Dehesa de Extremadura”. Black hoof and fine cane ham, intense purple-red marbled meat; characterized by its infiltrated fat and juicy lard. Its high levels of oleic acid, provided by the acorns in the montanheira, guarantee its succulence, excellent aroma, markedly intense and exquisite flavour. A true delight for the most demanding palates. Curing: 48 months.
